Should we hire a clinician that you recommend we will pay you a $500.00 referral fee after the clinician works for PreCare for 30 days. The referral fee does not apply if the candidate has already expressed interest in a position with PreCare prior to us receiving your referral. Additionally, the referral fee does not apply should we hire the clinician for a different position after 90 days of receiving the referral. Referral fee’s do not apply when we hire a candidate from a recruiter or other agency.
