Complementing our competitive compensation program PreCare also offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and long term disability (LTD) insurance for our full-time (30+ hour/week) employees. Additionally, our full-time benefits include; 401(k), paid time off (PTO), holiday pay and $50.00 per month cell phone/general office supply reimbursement.
We offer an excellent group medical plan for part-time employees working between 20 – 29 hours per week and the cost is shared by PreCare who pays a portion of the premiums. Other part-time benefits for all part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours per week include; 401(k), and a $30.00 per month cell phone/general office supply reimbursement.
Full-time and part-time employees also receive a pro-rated amount up to $1,000 per year in continuing education funds depending on the number of hours worked that can be used per PreCare's guidelines for con-ed.
