PreCare offers very competitive wage and salary packages that are among the most attractive in the field. Our compensation program is structured to recognize experience, expertise and career accomplishments as well as incentivize and reward exceptional performance.
Complementing our competitive compensation program PreCare also offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes 100% paid medical, dental, vision, life and long term disability (LTD) insurance for our full-time (30+ hour/week) employees. Additionally, our full-time benefits include; 401(k), paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and $1,000 per year in continuing education funds and $50.00 per month cell phone/general office supply reimbursement.
We offer an excellent group medical plan for part-time employees working between 20 – 29 hours per week and the cost is shared by PreCare who pays a portion of the premiums. Other part-time benefits for all part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours per week include; 401(k), $500 per year in continuing education funds and a $30.00 per month cell phone/general office supply reimbursement.
All full and part-time PreCare employees have the option to apply for Aflac, which provides an important choice of “cash benefit” insurance coverage including Short term Disability (STD), Life Protector, Special Health Event, Hospitalization, Cancer Indemnity and more.
