PreCare offers our staff a supportive work environment. We are a company founded by a physical therapist, Sara Craig, and by our nature continue to serve and support our clients and nurture a culture of support for our staff. As we have grown over the last ten years many of our staff including supervisors and managers have either been promoted or hired with clinical backgrounds.
PreCare clinicians perform their daily responsibilities independently but with a high level of collaboration with other members of the team through regular email communication, monthly conference calls and during our quarterly Regional Round Table Meetings. Additionally, we share information and offer many valuable resources via our company’s Intranet site including Blogs and Discussion Boards.
While PreCare has employees across the United States, we are truly “connected” using leading-edge technology to communicate both internally and externally.
