Currently, we provide services to 31 clients in 103 locations in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, New York, New Jersey.

PreCare is unique in how we expand our services. We grow into new service areas and states as the opportunities arise. Many of our clients have multiple locations throughout the USA. Our clients introduce us to new service areas by asking us to expand with them. We enter into new service areas based on the needs of large employers who contract for our services.

PreCare works with large, multi-site, national businesses interested in managing their industrial injuries with onsite therapy and preventions services. PreCare works with a wide variety of employers ranging from manufacturing, office technology, hospitality industry, transportation, automotive, food processing, grocery outlets.

What forms of documentation and communication does PreCare provide to an employer?

Quarterly Client Reports are presented per location and per region.

Therapy Treatment reports track the following metrics:

  • Number of visits and cost per employee
  • Average number of visits and cost
  • RTW status upon discharge per employee
  • No show rate/Cancellation rate
  • Employee satisfaction

Prevention reports track the following metrics: (reports are created using claims data from TPA)

  • Number of strain/sprain claims
  • Average cost of strain/sprain claims
  • Overall percentage of strain/sprain claims
