Account Management
PreCare’s extensive experience in injury prevention and physical therapy treatment ensures our clients receive not only the most effective services by excellent account management and support. We understand that delivering our integrated services requires talent, expertise and determination to handle every detail specific to our client’s unique needs.
Everyone in account management is dedicated to providing all clients with the highest level of client service and support available in the workers’ compensation and disability management industry. We believe in a philosophy of complete client satisfaction. We demonstrate this through proactive account management, problem solving and quick resolution of client issues or concerns.
Reporting
PreCare provides clients with a secure Web Portal for online access to various information including activity reports from transaction data by site location utilizing customizable security to meet their own internal requirements.
All transaction data is captured electronically onsite by PreCare’s clinicians. This technology allows real-time data to be transmitted to PreCare’s secure servers, which is then analyzed to produce standard and client customizable reports for prevention, treatment, wellness and return to work services utilizing a variety of time periods.
A suite of standard reports is provided via the PreCare portal for each client. PreCare also works with clients to customize reports and to modify the portal interface as needed to fully meet their individual requirements.
PreCare can also provide Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) where required for interfaces direct with the client or with preferred vendors such as Third Party Administrators (TPA).
